Kaltschweißmaschine Typ KSCZ100 (Zange) Schweißbereiche: Kupferdraht 0,25 - 1,20 mm Ø Aluminiumdraht 0,25 - 1,20 mm Ø Die Schweißzange ist betriebsbereit. Spannbackensätze sind im Grundpreis der Maschine NICHT enthalten. Jeder Spannbackensatz kann mit Rillen für einen oder zwei Drahtdurchmesser vorgesehen werden, d.h. entweder für identische Abmessungen, oder aber zwei verschiedene Drahtdurchmesser (zulässige Differenz max. ca. 30%). Die Anzahl der erforderlichen Spannbackensätze kann erst bestimmt werden, wenn alle zu schweissenden Drahtdurchmesser bekannt sind. In Ihrer Bestellung nennen Sie bitte die zu schweißenden Drahtdurchmesser, sowie die vorkommenden Plus-bzw. Minustoleranzen (zulässige Drahttoleranz: + / -1%). Kaltschweißbarkeit in Bezug auf die Zugfestigkeit - Cu mit einer Zugfestigkeit von 200 - 450 N/mm² - Al mit einer Zugfestigkeit von 100 - 200 N/mm² - Al-Legierungen mit einer Zugfestigkeit von 300 - 350 N/mm²
