The Solenoid Interlock is a guard locking monitored connector plug designed for industrial applications. Crafted with a thermoplastic enclosure, The M12 8-pole connector facilitates seamless integration into existing systems.
Utilizing a power-to-lock mechanism, this solenoid interlock features a variably adjustable latching system, permitting displacement of the actuator and lock within specific tolerances – ± 5 mm vertically and ± 3 mm horizontally. The electronic contact-free, coded locking system enhances security.
Operational efficiency is bolstered by intelligent diagnosis and self-monitoring capabilities, which are essential for maintaining a reliable and safe working environment. Three LEDs provide a clear indication of operating conditions, ensuring visibility and facilitating quick assessments.
Designed for use as an end stop, this solenoid interlock employs an unlocking signal in the form of an enabling signal when closing and locking without force control.
